How to place your inquiry

On our e-shop you can choose the service you want to request. To add it to your basket, click on the "Add to basket" link. You will see a green window "Product has been added to your shopping cart".".

 There are four steps to make a service request:

 

1. Shopping basket

  • Check the selected products/services in the basket.
  • After that click on the "Continue" link, this will take you to the next step of your enquiry.

2. Shipping and payment

  • "Shipping by own" - We only allow this way of shipping.
  • "Payment by bank transfer" - We only allow this way of shipping.
  • The "Continue" link will take you to the next step of the enquiry.

3. Delivery details

  • Fill in your personal data: name and surname, email, phone number and billing address.
  • If you are buying for a company, tick the box "I buy for a company", fill in the company details - VAT number, company name, address. 
  • After that, you can continue your enquiry and use the "ENQUIRY" button.

If you need to send us a message about your enquiry, please tick the "Send a note to the seller" box and write us a message about your enquiry.

4. NON-BINDING INQUIRY

  • After completing your enquiry, you will receive an information email about your enquiry in your email.
  • Your request will be processed by Proinno a.s. or its sister company COMTES FHT a.s.
  • Our specialists will contact you as soon as possible.
